Would you like to try meditation? Throughout the evening, the meditation centre offers short, guided meditations to help you unwind and find some calm in the midst of the city’s pulse. You are also welcome to sit down in the foyer and talk to some of the teachers at the centre.
18:00 - 18:30 — Find the calm in stressful everyday life

Because the venue is sound-sensitive, it needs to be quiet during the meditation sessions. Therefore, visitors are only admitted to the venue between sessions, and it is not possible to sit in the foyer during an ongoing meditation.
