Some of the short films have English subtitles, but all the guided tours are given in Swedish. The evening closes with a screening of “The Blizzard” by Mauritz Stiller, one of the highlights of the Swedish silent film period in which Skandia was built.

New, award-winning Swedish short films with appearances from the filmmakers themselves.

21:30 - 22:00 — Guided tour with the film scholar Gustav Lygon

22:00 - 00:00 — Silent film screening of "The Blizzard" with introduction

Screening of "The Blizzard", one of the highlights of the Swedish silent film period.

Additional information

A link to book tickets to the guided tours will be added soon. Buy wine, beer and appetizers (or why not soda and popcorn?) in Bar Lido that is open all evening. You can also take a seat in Bio Skandia's beautiful lounge from 1923 and enjoy a hearty tomato soup.
